We want you to love your NextWave Threads purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached and in their original packaging.
For U.S. orders, we offer free returns on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items.
